If he do so, police cites Section 295 A of IPC (outraging religious sentiments of others)
BUT
He also have a right Section 96, Indian Penal Code...Contd

He had a right to invoke this section that his shunning of that community was done in exercise of the right to private defence, of safeguarding.....Contd

4/4 ....his life from the imminent threat of virus.

And it is a Central Government Act. Valid all over India.
Were these factors considered before filing FIR? Were his concerns heard?
