on hijab. do we collective agree to observe some basic tenets here?

these things can only be built on agreements.

all possibly non form fitting clothes? hair cover obvs optional imo but pretty much whatever else you want. no soccermaxist-ing ever in public.
thinking on this, i would call this a political project in the sense that those involved are agreeing to a set of social relations and standards, ethics and program both collective and autonomous, materially on land and certainly online

we dont do respectability but we have Adab
much of the time we can get lost or swept into conversations here where we end up just destroying our relationship with Islam / Allah or even ourselves by stooping to lows like me swearing, threatening, cutting down, being harmful- our enemies deserve our wrath but not each other
aside from that we also end up having to weird things like tweet/post "charity" work or mutual aid and direct engagement.

with an actual project and possible movement, we wouldnt need to be asking support and spending so much time dealing with promotio/finance and capacity.
this can only be a decolonial project.

our solidarity must remain with the indigenous peoples of where we stand with their consent. an obvious decolonial and tbd Muslim feminist anarchist engagement is necessary - centering the safety and wellbeing of children, women, minorities
in this vein, if people agree to a decolonial/"religious" approach of "the last shall be the first" we must apply this in our organzing.

for now, we just work on us. people will naturally come this direction with remain accountable and righteous to each other and communities.
im very curious on thoughts or even just a condemnation from friends? @theprimalplot @KarakMufti @MejiaSouth @ramahkudaimi @DandiaAsad not sure if anyone at @RAM_Philly is Muslim? @BelieverBailOut does amazing things which must be included our work. @johnny_pineiro @GABchaag10
if you have no opinions its totally fine. a project like this can only be of absolute free will. Thats also a core idea here.

Theres no compulsion in Islam. Meaning we can never force, meaning the only way we will be able practice of complete free will is to have no interference
no interference by the state, colonialism, capitalism, racism or patriarchy - these things start to implode once we, ourselves set a standard of engagement.

Once thats done. People can do as they please or organize as they see fit. but we have our understanding and mission.
also being intentional with Afghan friends. I think Afghanistan needs this. i dont know anyones politics exactly how they identify but i appreciate you all. lmk thoughts if u have anyone:)
