Ripping apart bad films is bread & butter of YouTube. But instead of yelling angry men, I highly recommend @Filmento's "Anatomy of a Failure" series, where he calmly & - primarily from a writing perspective - outlines why a film failed in execution. Eg:
As someone who will get back to writing fiction one day, his insight into plot & character - as well as common pitfalls in these areas - are VERY useful. He justifies & explains very clearly, & makes an actual argument for all his points.
A common issue I see with a lot of criticism - whether written or video, whether it's films or games - is assertion mistaken for criticism. The critic doesn't justify WHY they think something is good or bad - the give you conclusions, not what led to those conclusions.
The interesting & invaluable part about criticism is being able to follow a smart person's thinking to see what led them to their conclusions. You can disagree but then you can outline for yourself WHY - you can point to a premise that, for example, you think is wrong.
Speaking of: Highly recommend @marysuewriter's analysis of bad media criticism on YouTube
