Got the email from @Ryanair offering a voucher for my cancelled flight. There is a section at the bottom to click to continue with refund, I will be doing this. Tough times for all #Ryanair... Give people their refunds!!! #ryanairrefund #RefundPassengers

This email and click through system is not straight forward. They are not making it easy to claim the refund and decline the voucher

This is actually very difficult @Ryanair. Do I need to go through the ChatBot to get to a customer care agent to claim my refund??? There is no link on the click through page from the original email? Just lots of info on the voucher I don't want. #RefundPassengers
