But wait, they are extremely well-paid contractors on the project.... This is ALSA. MDA gets even more. That's a lot of $. How many FTEs does $400,000 / year support? And what do they do? And what are they delivering? 3

Do you think a defense contractor who constantly fails to live up to any level of performance standards would get such a webinar? I hope not. Contractors who fail lose their contracts in any other sector. Why does this expensive madness continue for the ALS registry? 4
