Otto Baumgarten is not a rare name, and we have no information on how and when the book entered the stock of @zlb_Berlin, so the key to identifying him should be the mention of Přerov, a small city in Moravia, near Olomuc.
An initial search yields no definite matches, at the excellent Arolsen Archives for example, there are 12 records of 9 different people, but none with a relation to Přerov

At http://holocaust.cz  there's only one Otto Baumgarten: Born in 1909, deported from Prague to Theresienstadt in 1941 and from there to Auschwitz in 1944. Still no mention of Přerov, but could it be him?

It is! When checking the attached images of documents we see this Otto Baumgarten was born in 1909 in Bilsko, in the district of Přerov:

We also find out the names of family members: His parents were Jindřich Baumgarten and Kornelie Müller, his wife was Helena Sabudko:
Also, now that we know his date of birth, we can find him at the Ghetto Theresienstadt Card File at Arolsen:
Looking for other people with the name Baumgarten, we can also find Markéta/Margareta Baumgarten:
https://www.holocaust.cz/databaze-dokumentu/dokument/411645-baumgartenova-margareta-nezpracovano/
This s Otto's sister, born in 1910 in Bilsko. We know this because the names of the parents are matching up, even though Kornelie is here referred to as Nelly:
Markéta was executed in Prague in 1942. Her spouse Arnošt Lorenz, Jindřich & Nelly Baumgarten were murdered in Theresienstadt in 1942, Otto was murdered in Auschwitz. The family tree we can build for now is visibly severed by the Holocaust:
But this is ongoing, there's still a lot to do and there's hope - we do not yet have information on the fate of Otto's wife Helena, and there's a Page of Testimony for Otto at @yadvashem from the 1970s.
