Thanks, Filoni. You just turned Darth Maul into the weakest and dumbest villain in Star Wars history. He just lost vs an unarmed 15 year old padawan. Don't tell me Ashoka isn't a Mary Sue at this point.

Maul is free as a bird during the Solo movie, which takes place a few years later. So all Ashoka achieved was to "Send him to his room" for a short period. And this episode cemented him as a useless villain who can't even defeat an unarmed 15 year old padawan. Threat Level = zero
