baking bread is supposed to be a relaxing activity but I’ve never been more fucking tense in my life waiting for my first ever bread to come out of the oven

what if i fucked up the boiling water bath! what if it’s flavorless! what if I didn’t moisturize the dough properly before it rose! what if I smacked all the gluten out of it shaking the loaves!!!!
