A muslim BJP leader Mohsin Ali was killed in Delhi violence, another muslim BJP leader's house burnt. A muslim BSF soldier's house burnt. You saw recent case of J Aqueel Qureshi. The whole structure is against you. 15% population has less than 1% representation.
Here is a good thread about muslim representation in upper bodies of govt and pvt sector. You can't increase representation if govt doesn't want to do so.
