Doing to the amount of misleading reports from korean and international media regarding Yoochun's recent court case, I've prepared this thread of information about the case from the beginning, please consider this before posting hate comments. Thank you.

Recentlyit was reported by korean & international kpop websites that Yoochun attended trial (April 22) over "failure to pay one of the victims of sexual assault of 2016" This misleading title made people believe that YC was guilty of it. This couldn't farther away from reality.

Actually, there is not "rape" victim whatsoever in this case or any case of the rape accusations the faced in the summer of 2016 since Yoochun was cleared of all charges. In fact, during the blackmail and defamation trial of the first accuser, it was Yoochun who was called victim
