Imma leave this here:

"Accessible high quality education."

Accessible? Hmmmm... kanino LANG siya accessible?

Next, if the channel used (PC, laptop, cellphone, internet, wifi, data) experiences a lot of glitch, how can you provide high quality education?
The glitch of the channel is often a problem that students cannot control, yet in the end we put them at fault if they miss something which will result to failure in complying to reqs.

Hindi lang sila ang may kasalanan. Madaming gusto matuto pero the resources are scarce.
Education is now turning into a privilege and not a right. Wag natin iparamdam na students kaagad ang may kasalanan kung bakit di sila maka-comply. Let's look at the bigger picture that tele-comm is also at low rn which could cause the unsatisfactory response to online learning.
This has been my stand since 2016. I always believe that the uni was established to provide "ACCESSIBLE, HIGH QUALITY EDUCATION" to its students (nasa VMGOs pa eh) if they continue these decisions, I think this phrase is pointless and shows inconsistency.
ok I dropped my opinion lang. Kbye.

Hindi na ko nag-aaral sa HAU pero alam ko yung hirap na pinagdadaanan para makaipon lang ng pang tuition.
