The appeal supports emergency hardship bursaries for students in times of need & helps those who are struggling to purchase food essentials, pay rent or buy basic equipment for their studies.
So far, the University has distributed £415k to 1400 students. https://hallam-coronavirus-fund.hubbub.net/
