First of all most all restaurants don't pay a basic salary, they dont pay UIF, they dont pay skills, they dont eveb pay employees tax...

Cause waiters earn on tips only, and most work in excess of 8 hour plus. 'shifts end late.. Are not assured trandport safety etc

That's how they make money.. The cost of labour is effectively outsourced to the customer.. '

Am not even going to the other exploitative practises coz the list is endless
