CW: sexual assault
I think a lot about that time a woman spoke out about Aziz Ansari& #39;s actions with her being sexual assault, and how differently those two ppl viewed their interactions. It& #39;s easy to call out obviously shitty people. The grey area is more insidious though.

Is this a shitty person who does good things, or a good person who did a shitty thing? Both? Are they worth calling out? What good does it do to call their behavior out? Does that one moment of harm that I encountered outweigh the perceived good this person does?
How do I trust anyone who seems to be friendly like them? Did I overreact to the situation? What if I& #39;m not the only one that felt this uncomfortable or violated?
The more celebrity, or social capital, a person has, the harder it is to see their actions as being systematically wrong. The harder it is to say they& #39;re not worth your time or support.
All I can say, esp on this social platform, is do not equate someone& #39;s game design, ability to market themselves or their friends, or tweets of social justice to their personality and irl actions. Their online persona & behaviors face to face are not always the same.
