Psych stu pa lang ako, but gusto ko makatulong kahit sa simpleng paraan dahil alam ko ngayon quarantine ang daming struggles sa emotional, mental health ng mga tao. If you feel you need this, please read.
Kahit mga Psych major and Psych na mismo nag struggle rin sa emotional and mental health. Kahit ako personally, aminado ako, nag struggle rin.
Alam mo naiintindihan kita. Kung ikaw yung tipo ng di ka sanay sa ganito na mag isa kung saan mas nag ooverthink ng kung ano ano, hirap makatulog ng maayos, mag scroll sa soc med pero in the later time, ma totoxican, iso-isolate sarili.
Mag dedeactivate ng accs, mag dedelete ng account. Sige lang, kung dun ka mas makakapag cope and it lessen the anxiety, sadness, insecurities, kung ano man yan.
Tao ka lang, you have feelings and the literal purpose of feelings is to 'feel'. Just feel it but don't keep it. Changes can happen even in secs. It does'nt mean that when you don't feel good, you cannot be good.
I'm not saying na ganun lang kadali lahat dahil no one can say 'lang' pagdating sa emotional and mental health ng tao. Yes, alam kong mahirap intindihin sarili pag dating sa ganyan and mas mahirap ipatindi sa mga tao na nasa palagid mo. Kaya, majority mas pinipili itago na lang.
But, kung di mo kayang i-express sa trusted friends mo or family. You can start it to yourself. Set distractions para di ka ma stuck sa lungkot, overthinking. Nag d-drawing kaba dati? tapos nahinto lng? Pursue mo ulit, drawing ka ng kahit ano na pumasok sa isip mo. Express mo lng
Mahilig ka ba gumawa ng mga tula pero nawalan ka na ng passion? Chase it, malay mo yan tula na yan magpapa antig ng damdamin namin and maraming makaka relate lalo sayo. Sa pamamagitan man ng ganito, malaman mo lang na di lang ikaw nakaramdam ng ganyan :)
How about sa music? Ano kayang lyrics ang kakalabit sa mga puso namin? Paano mo kaya lalapatan ng melodiyaa, ritmo, tono? Gagamitan mo kaya ng gitara, piano? We love to hear you out, alam kong malakinh part nyan, tungkol sa nararamdaman at nasa isip mo.
See? Ang daming maaaring gawin to lessen and finally withdraw yourself from drowning to sadness, overthinking, etc. As much as possible, kung alam mong super lungkot mo na and you might need to seek professional help, please don't hesitate.
