Tried emissaries tonight as a solo sloop. Absolutely terrible experience. Seems like it would be fun with a crew, but it absolutely sucked solo.

Suddenly scuttling loses all value. As a solo sloop, you are helpless against a full brig or galleon. I fought hard, too.

This game continues to just be less and less fun as a solo player over time. I still love the Tall Tales, but even those suck when you get targeted by a larger crew.

…played solo. I& #39;ve understood that for four-plus years.

But I loved this game and got so much enjoyment out of it for so long, and now it& #39;s become such a soul-sucking, uphill battle for me to enjoy it, and it breaks my heart.

I don& #39;t know what to do. It kills me to even admit that I don& #39;t enjoy it as much any more.

And I& #39;m not saying that the game is bad or has gotten worse overall; quite the contrary.

But for my personal play style, it has consistently devolved and I don& #39;t enjoy it any more.
