all the times juho had to feel apologetic for speaking his mind: a thread that i didn't want to do but some of you are just so quick to turn a whole 360 on him for being Human like all of us

let's start with the 'toreore chicken' brand issue. everyone probably knows that sf9 have been the faces of toreore chicken since 2019. the problem with this company is their chicken is flavored with corn and juho is allergic to corn.

on a may 4th vlive last year, juho talked about the filming and mentioned that he originally doesn't eat corn (that even the smell makes him want to d!e) but they only had chicken with corn on the set

bc "he’s an idol," juho had to apologize for what he said in the vlive [about not liking corn]. screenshots below were taken from another vlive of him, two days after the issue.

some fans sent him hate comments for being 'ungrateful' or that he should just d!e (wtf), some others thought he shouldn't have to apologize for it and it should've been fnc's fault for not taking juho's health into consideration. the vlive has since then been taken down by fnc.

in “listen together with juho,” a series he had on vlive, every week he told us how he wasn’t eating well. that he barely slept and took one meal a day, if he ate at all, and that he was on pills for depression. he said it got better now and that we don't have to worry but still.

when juho gained a little bit of weight during mamma mia era, the members teased him a lot and many k-fantasys asked him to lose weight, which he did. 7kgs, to be exact, bc he felt so sorry about how 'fat' he looked back then.

how about that time when he was on tour and you told him to control an involuntary action that is COUGHING? and yet in the middle of it all, you ordered him to sing and rap?? juho made time to come talk to us and some even had the audacity to ask when he'll end his broadcast.

juho always thinks he's not good enough, feels apologetic very quickly, and touches upon sensitive thoughts during his vlives. if you have time, i'd recommend you watch them bc it also gives more insight to juho's mentality.

real fantasys know that juho is a big crybaby. time and time again, the other members have said that he looks so strong on the surface but he's actually younger than anyone else on the inside.

he cries while writing songs for us, he stays up late thinking about us, he's so sincere that he doesn't want our relationship to be merely artist to fan but a friend to a friend. heck, he's declared himself "fantasy president" and calls us "my people" for the love of all things.

now onto the recent controversy surrounding juho's appearance on 고꾸남, his first public individual schedule in the 3 years since their debut. a lot of k-fantasys got mad bc juho seemed 'disrespectful' towards sf9 in the episode.

their arguments:
1. when he was asked by the mc to introduce himself as a member of sf9, some fans thought juho wasn't proud doing so
2. in the preview*, there was a cut of him saying sf9 should be thankful to him (*this part wasn't shown in the 2nd episode btw)

a lot of ppl didn't understand; saw it rude for juho to be saying these things. it spiraled from there and now they're bringing up all the other times he's been disrespectful (e.g. allegedly asking for a fan's number during fansign, allegedly inviting the same fan to his studio)

hate comments were everywhere, some made hashtags demanding him to apologize and worst, to leave sf9. and juho did post a letter of apology. he did bc he's a good guy like that. but imagine how hurt he must have been to write something This long.

apparently, despite apologizing on the fancafe, more ppl got angry at him for not commenting on the way he acted during fansigns.

i get why they would want an explanation but that's just 1 (One) fanacc w/ no enough proof & don't we all know juho's personality? sounds sus to me.
