I used to be a vegan that claimed: "vegans don't need supplements!" as if it was some huge flaw in veganism and my lifestyle.

Truth is, vegans DO need to supplement and ALL people would benefit from a multivit at the very least.

Veganism is about animals, not nutrition.
Factors affecting our ability to get adequate levels of nutrients for ALL people:

- Poor soil quality
- Factory farming
- High processing
- Stress
- Too much caffeine
- Too much sugar
- Lack of exercise
- Lack of access to quality food
- Lack of money to buy varied foods
