Here's the thing about personal revelation. Either it's reliable and legitimate, it's simply your own thoughts/beliefs, or it's a deception. Pretty sure those are the only options.

So let's talk about that. 1/8
We learn by experience and we learn slowly "line upon line." Revelation (both personal and otherwise) is going to reflect that. If there are contradictions, it's possible that revelation is only applicable to certain circumstances and time periods. 2/8
(If you disagree with that statement, maybe you should brush up on your church history)

Revelation is fluid because we are fluid. That does not discredit the truth that revelation is eternal. Children of God are eternal and they are not stagnant nor similar to one another. 3/8
Here's what peanuts my butter though. If you genuinely believe that the personal revelation of another is actually a deception, then you don't understand the concept and you don't understand God's love. 4/8
If someone is about to make a decision based solely on revelation they receive, and this "decision" is supposedly going to damn them, God will step in and clarify that the original "revelation" was a deception. God will NOT overstep our agency, but They will inform us. 5/8
Especially if that decision is so vital to our salvation. God loves us. They would do anything to ensure our return.

And this will not be done through the invalidation of someone that does not have proper jurisdiction over them. Personal revelation is personal. 6/8
And it won't be over a pulpit, either, because we, as God's children, have the RIGHT to a confirmation for Every. Single. Statement. Made.

And if you don't receive that confirmation for YOU, that doesn't invalidate the original statement. It's generalized for a reason. 7/8
So stop buttering my peanuts and respect the personal revelation of others. This has been a subtweet to anyone that has ever made me question my relationship with Christ and my Heavenly Parents. Thank you. 8/8
