Something I’ve learned about being a adult it took my mom years for me to convince her to let me do stuff to my hair that should have been the sign that asking for a lot of things I really want would be hard.
My point is be patient with your parents they may eventually come around they may never come around it’s okay. It’s also okay to ask. Just understand that if you’re parents refuses to let you do something small that might mean they’re probably not going to let you do something
Big . They might be all over the place. Life takes time ... just be careful my best advice is to wait until you can move out to do what you want ( be safe and smart) learn how to save/ manage your money because living is expensive ( plenty of online resources)
I also wish i learned how to drive Earlier be safe . My whole point of this thread is if being queer stuck in your home Is hard and especially if you’re young and maybe want a binder or boxers or makeup or whatever it’s really hard but please
Wait until it’s safe if being your true self can put you in danger it’s okay to wait until you can make your own decisions ... I’ve said this before I think coming out should be safe and Easy for everyone and all I want is to help everyone in
The best way I can. I really hope future me figures out how to do that . I’m 23 and I’m still paranoid at life’s problems. That’s how life is . You’re having problems being a queer human? Join the club.
Everything will be okay
