have any sex workers with an OF talked about the growing wave of (mostly male) celebrities getting on OF with jacked up prices and no real content?
i’ve been seeing folks complain left and right about safaree, casanova, prince (from LHH), and others charge so much for what could otherwise be posted on instagram. and though OF doesn’t necessarily require that you do sex work, this seems to bastardize that work.
especially since they know that they are sex symbols and that people are subscribing for sexual purposes. and they are exploiting that while diminishing the usefulness of OF for (especially) Black women and queer folks.
on one hand, it’s funny to me because this is the result of an unchecked desirability politic. but i’m less interested in a “gotcha!” moment, and more interested in critiquing cishet celeb men for essentially stealing from poor Black folks.
but, while i am a former sex worker, i have never and do not have an OF. so i’m very curious to see what someone with an OF has to say about it. especially if they’re Black/brown.
yeah, this is dababy’s body guard. i heard about him as well. https://twitter.com/truestfantasy/status/1253564159301750785?s=21 https://twitter.com/truestfantasy/status/1253564159301750785
