OK new life lesson. Next time you write a love poem for someone, don’t let it sit in the notes section of your phone for 5 months. Just spill your goddamn angst-filled guts and take the PRESENT moment to be emotionally honest.
I DON’T like identifying with emotionally distant salmon
Being emotionally vulnerable is scary YES but living in a world where the words that sing in the same key as your heart ARE LOCKED in a fucking smart phone is just DUMB and you will feel dumb
For the record, when the world allows me to go to my beloved boba shops, gardens, theaters, the beach, little Tokyo in LA, Pasadena, Union Station, Disneyland, Universal or anyplace to spend dates with friends - I will be whispering love poems to these moments
Please look forward to my upcoming book, “love letters from an emotionally distant/isolated 23 year old fetus”
