being friends with someone who is a minority does not mean that you can discriminate bc they said its ok. not only is awful to the community but its also fucking terrible to ur friend. if you don't understand their troubles try to inform urself ask questions. use google.

learn why what ur saying is wrong. the 'my friend is *minority*' excuse is not valid bc u can still be harmful to that group because ultimately u didn't go through the trouble themselves and others went through and aren't able to understand the weight of ur actions

inspo for this thread was I saw someone claim that they couldn't be transphobic bc their best friend was trans when the fact is that its not true !
