...to address something that's been bothering me lately. Most of you are not this way, but some are just...complaining. I'm seeing people be downright awful to the band online, something I doubt they'd do in person. A while back, we had numerous complaints that... 2/13

... @AmyLeeEV and the band did not use social media enough. First, that's not a crime. I personally like the only-occasional posts (social media is not life) but that's irrelevant. Second, now that Amy and the band are posting much more often (They kindly listened to you!)... 3/13

...now the cover for Wasted On You is unsatisfactory? I mean, seriously? COME ON! We're all stuck in quarantine, and that was damn good work all things considered. On its own, it's a fine piece of art and very "rock" at heart. And art...guess what? It's subjective. If you... 4/13

...don't like it, that's ok! But you do NOT need to blast them on social media, and you don't need to be rude. They're still making new music in all of this and releasing it so we have something to brighten our dark days. How dare you? Strong words, I know, but seriously! 5/13

Before that, people were upset that SHOCK! their ticket prices were...the same as last time? Not even raised. The SAME. Tours are a big deal to put on. Their meet and greets are amazing (I've been to one). @AmyLeeEV, @JenMajura, @Tim_McCord, @Troy__McLawhorn, @WillFnHunt... 6/13

...are all real people, just like you and me, and have lives outside of constant touring and working. I am very grateful they provide us with music of such depth and quality that far exceeds most else I know currently being produced. Please, be kind! The band works hard... 7/13

...for us! Each and every one of them is very kind! How rare that is in celebrities! You don't have to like everything!

Other complaints I see are actual displeasure at certain old songs (I love each and every one of them, so don't understand this at all!), comments... 8/13

...STILL bemoaning Synthesis (HOW on earth can you even see that absolute work of pure transcendent art as anything but spectacular?), and lately, people upset Amy actually had an opinion about America's political mess. (Guess what? She's right.) All of this really makes... 9/13

...me sad and angry and I wonder how someone can say all these things and call themselves fans. I have loved everything Evanescence has ever put out but some of you may not. That's fair, but you don't need to be a jerk about it. Be nice! Be kind! Be grateful to be a part... 10/13
