Booker preys on sex workers. This man has a street reputation for being outright dangerous, and word got around that everyone needed to avoid Booker if they valued their life.

He's currently sitting in Cook County Jail on a *NO BOND* status and is due in court in a few days

Most predators have one thing they do, one geography they operate in, and one kind of victim they prefer to hunt for. Booker is a predator who fit the model for an offender type who attacks & punishes his victims purely for what he gets from it

Booker didn't just like one particular geography, he had three and counting. One of those three geographies was a major city in the State of Tennessee.

He is very well known to @TBInvestigation for making them send the Great Lakes Fugitive Task Force after him
