~ A Feel Better Thread ~

So.

Maybe you've hit a few more lows than usual lately...save for a few highs here and there.

Maybe life feels like a blur.

A slow-motion blur, if that's a thing.

Like everything's a bit of a crapshoot.

Anxiety. Uneasiness. Random "wtf" moments.
Every emotion feels amplified.

You don't feel as...shiny.

You don't quite know how to act.

Everyone sounds like they're handling the pandemic just great so you're like, "I should act like I'm great too" because THAT sounds like a plan and shit, you could sure use one of THOSE.
We're ALL feeling a little off. To some degree or another. These are weird, weird times.

So yeah.

If you need to hear that you're not going crazy, I'm happy to tell you:

You're not crazy.

Everyone is just winging it right now. Probably in general.

Just fuckin' wingin' it.
Your Pandemic Self-Check List:

1. You're doing the best that you can.

2. There's no right or wrong way to do your best.

3. Your best is good enough.

4. We are all in this together.

5. It's okay to lean on others.

6. Let others lean on you ONLY when YOU'RE strong enough.
