So.

Maybe you& #39;ve hit a few more lows than usual lately...save for a few highs here and there.

Maybe life feels like a blur.

A slow-motion blur, if that& #39;s a thing.

Like everything& #39;s a bit of a crapshoot.

Anxiety. Uneasiness. Random "wtf" moments.
Every emotion feels amplified.

You don& #39;t feel as...shiny.

You don& #39;t quite know how to act.

Everyone sounds like they& #39;re handling the pandemic just great so you& #39;re like, "I should act like I& #39;m great too" because THAT sounds like a plan and shit, you could sure use one of THOSE.
We& #39;re ALL feeling a little off. To some degree or another. These are weird, weird times.

So yeah.

If you need to hear that you& #39;re not going crazy, I& #39;m happy to tell you:

You& #39;re not crazy.

Everyone is just winging it right now. Probably in general.

Just fuckin& #39; wingin& #39; it.
Your Pandemic Self-Check List:

1. You& #39;re doing the best that you can.

2. There& #39;s no right or wrong way to do your best.

3. Your best is good enough.

4. We are all in this together.

5. It& #39;s okay to lean on others.

6. Let others lean on you ONLY when YOU& #39;RE strong enough.
If you& #39;re reading this, it& #39;s because someone cared enough to want to reach out to you. Maybe they shared it, hoping you& #39;d see it.

They want to hear from you.

They want to know they& #39;re not alone too.

Be real.

Just be...how you really are.
