The Chief Guest for MMSC, 2020 was @EconGrowth from @TheBushCenter who kindly provided us with two such Crisis Scenarios. These were introduced into Security Council deliberations without any prior notification to simulate an actual international crisis.

The UN is a force multiplier for the US, which can use the organization to achieve goals it cannot singly undertake during international crises. Model UN programs educate students about the UN and even prepare some of them to join the government to represent our interests abroad.
