After all of my education, 2 bachelors, 1 doctorate, and almost a decade of clinical evidence, IMO the key to vitality/health is quite simple really:

1. Move/train your body often
2. Drink plenty of water
3. Eat nutrient dense, organic food with minimal if any human processing
4. Supplement whole food derived antioxidants and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) for optimal physiological health and healing
5. Get plenty of sunlight ~30 min-1hr of full body sunlight
6. Sleep a minimum of 7 hours a day
7. Avoid as many man made chemicals as possible
8. Avoid prolonged sitting/laying
9. Avoid prolonged exposure to darkness
10. Think thoughts and promote acts of faith, hope, and love to others.
11. Meditate and Harness your mind
12. Laugh often

Gonna be hard pressed to get disease or be depressed if you do all of the above
The amount of evidence in research and in science to support the above is overwhelming yet many people in positions of authority in healthcare would have you believe that outside intervention is what‘s required to be healthy- and in some cases & in emergency situations it is
However, most of what you need to heal and be healthy already exists on Earth

AND

Your body, defying the Law of Entropy, is a self regulating/self healing machine -built into your DNA

You don’t tell your body to heal - it just does- almost as if it all was *Designed* that way
Just muh 2 cents !
I’d like to add that they don’t tell you this for two main reasons:

1. It’s inexpensive or virtually free
2. Almost **Anyone** of any age can turn their entire life around just by doing this
(Certain genetic complications & progression of illness/time issues may not be able to)
