Interview Tips that Reduce Anxiety while Job Hunting:

If a recruiter calls you for an interview, give yourself at least 48 hours to prep. You don't have to drop what you're doing & take their call or even schedule the next day. Give yourself time to practice..
It's not like they're trying to start you tomorrow, and whether you're the 1st or last to interview doesn't matter. Preparedness is more important than urgency to get the job.
Glassdoor is life. Read those reviews. Company reviews, interview reviews, salary numbers... We always research Glassdoor before an interview coaching session. User submitted real-time experience you can't find anywhere else (of course unless you have an inside connect).
All interviews are virtual right now. You have no reason to NOT have a cheat sheet right there, just a little one page "cheat sheet".

I have a whiteboard in my office facing my desk, for webinars or calls I have my key points written in big letters on my board lol.
If you get a 2nd round interview, ask the recruiter from the 1st interview for tips on the next round. Or ask about the interviewers & how you should best prepare. 9/10 the recruiter wants to see you win if they're pushing you to the next round.
Interview the interviewer. Make it conversational. Don't wait until the end to ask questions if you don't have to. For example if they ask you why you're interested in the company, share why and then ask the interviewer what they like most about working there.
That gives you some to take a break from talking and catch your breath. Remind yourself to take deep breaths throughout the interview.
Listen to a good playlist to boost your confidence. Or find funny videos to take the nerves away for a bit.
