Cost of Delay method is definitely getting more traction. Weighted Shortest Job First (WSJF) from SAFe (I know, I know) combines this with a consideration of the work duration. I don’t see it used much but my own sample viewpoint isn’t likely representative. (5/9)

One thing I’ve long advocated in the ITSM community is that it has a broader viewpoint of the entire enterprise than individual devops teams, and is often the customer’s main relationship, and hence they should be looking to help devops teams with this. (6/9)
