Well, the Hub Project is a massive dark money nonprofit run by former CAP flunkies. This is from the New York Times:

Their job seems to be setting up AstroTurf groups for big money Democrats to pump dark money into to challenge Republicans. This from Politico:

They also have a PAC which mostly seems to exist so that the parent organization can shuffle money around. I did notice one very cool and ah unproblematic guy involved
