Even though I normally don't use the NYT as a source, on this one they are correct. Many autocrats are using the current situation as a power-grab. Some were clearly ahead of the curve on this. The 'invisible enemy' Trump refers to is NOT just a virus. There is a SERIOUS power struggle going on globally. When we see restrictions and expansions of power rolled-out on this scale, they are almost NEVER rolled-back. We haven't seen an expansion of power...

...On this scale since 9/11. The police state established then is STILL strangling us now, and there is no "temporary" expansion of power. They will fight to hold us here. Be wary, people. And be warned. The virus ISN'T the only problem here.
