We understand the frustration around housing selection and we are trying to respond to as many students as possible. We have received a lot of questions. Here are some responses to the ones we've received most today.
Q: Can my scholarship funds cover off-campus housing?

A: It typically differs between scholarships. We are currently working with financial aid to compile that information from each of the scholarships in one place.
Q: If I don't receive on-campus housing, what happens to my housing deposit?

A: If you have an outstanding balance, your housing deposit will be applied to your balance. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.
Q: I turned everything in far ahead of the deadline. Why was I unable to select housing?
A: More students applied for housing on time than we have spaces available. We shared the housing numbers for this scenario earlier in the semester, but we understand your frustration right now. We are doing as much as we can to help connect students with off-campus resources.
Q: I am an international student, which will make it especially difficult to find off-campus housing. What can I do?

A: We hear that concern and we are working to make sure that international students have assistance in this process. We will continue to provide updates.
