This is genuinely starting to be problematic...Noodle can speak English fluently, so why are they writing her in broken English?
(also, why was her Machine Bite dialogue in Japanese? was that a character quirk, or are they literally forgetting how the character they made works?)

it really does feel like they're moving noodle from 'articulate character who is enthusiastic about her ideas & confronting the world' to 'quiet asian who makes K O O K Y observations because she's clever!!!'

there's something ever so slightly discomfiting and disturbing about the way noodle is written...this is the writer's own perception of her (with a flagrant disregard the character they already established, because, hey, who the fuck cares?!) but it's starting to be problematic.
like, the hamster butt stuff.
