I am seriously furious with @HomeDepot. While I might not be spending a lot of money in their mind, in mine, I am. I ordered blinds for the house on April 2nd and they were supposed to be here April 10th. On April 13th I get an email that my order is on back order.
@HomeDepot said my order would ship out on 4/21. Today I get an email that my order has been delayed yet again, with no ship date given. I also cancelled a different order, which showed up yesterday, and I was charged two times. I have tried calling for the last 3 days.
I’ve Sat on hold with @HomeDepot for over 45 mins each time before giving up. Today I sat on hold for over an hour, no one answered. I texted them yesterday. No response yet. Like WTF?
I know this is a hard time, but your business is BOOMING right now. Get with it @HomeDepot!
Honestly thinking about returning everything I’ve bought from @HomeDepot (About $1500 worth of stuff) and going through @Lowes or @Menards .
Over an hour now! That makes over 2 hours today @HomeDepot...
I finally talked to someone @HomeDepot. 1 1/2 hours. He says he will call me back tomorrow. I’ll update this thread if they do..
