Ringzzzzzz culture really makes people insane. Like props for being a key part of a great team that won titles, but Charles Barkley is still Charles fucking Barkley. https://twitter.com/TheNBACentral/status/1253416197569122305
And honestly I'm not even trying to take anything away from Draymond, who has made the most of his NBA career. But Barkley is an all-timer. MVP, arguably the best player on the Dream Team, averaged a double-double every season but his first. Rings aren't everything.
It's also funny that in the '94 playoffs Barkley got mad at Chris Webber and went out and absolutely destroyed the Warriors to finish off the sweep—56 points on 74 percent (!) shooting including 3 of 4 on threes. 41 minutes, 31 shots, just blood all over the place.
And if you don't remember Sixers Barkley, oh my god, he just singlehandedly destroyed entire teams. He'd go full steam full court and dunk on your center just for living.
If you've never watched the old NBA Superstars VHS you need to watch the entire thing but Barkley's section was basically the basketball equivalent of Faces of Death:
Honestly the question isn't has Draymond had a bigger impact than Charles Barkley (lol) it's whether he's had as big an impact as Horace Grant.
