Several people commenting on this are asking for âevidenceâ on points 2 & 4. Well having the resources to generate evidence on these is part of the problem. So many things are prioritised over it during this pandemic. However pls feel free to share your anecdotes in the meantime.

OK just to super clarify: thereâs clear & strong âevidenceâ for all of these before the pandemic. The demands as I understood were abt âevidenceâ from the time of pandemic. That evidence (from research) will inevitably come but doubt it will be commissioned or properly resourced.
