When you go from teaching to admin, do they put you in one of those men in black memory erasers, so you forget everything you hated admin doing to you and then end up doing it to teachers?
Really though. Just sat through an hour long video conference with a 100+ participants.

Principals sent out the meeting notes for us to follow along and read.

They then read it to us. Word. For. Word.
I get that some teachers might have a question, how about set up a meeting time for those teachers to ask their questions. Hell you can even send a transcript of those questions to the rest of us later.
Hanging up from that conference call had me just as exhausted and annoyed as leaving one of our in person meetings.
I don’t get it. I do get that some teachers are able to do things on their own (me) and that there are those that need their hand held for everything.

You can preach to us differentiation, but then not do it yourself? Come on now.
