1/ Alright, I literally get asked every day about Apple's upcoming attempts at fitness.

Some quick thoughts. https://twitter.com/JoshConstine/status/1237515431457353728
2/ Access to quality exercise content is good! But there are 500hrs of video added to YouTube every hour. Content is neither novel nor sufficient

Knowing _what_ to do is a start. But actually sticking with it is hard.

And that's really the most important part: sticking with it.
3/ 🚨 80% of Americans don't exercise enough or at all. But it's not because we're lazy.

Most of us pick up a new exercise routine every year. We spend $100B/yr trying. It's a story of optimism.

But any set routine is a fallacy in this day & age. People are busy/life is chaotic
4/ We designed http://www.future.fit  to help the busiest of people maintain healthy lives.

In doing so, we built the most operationally complex fitness service imaginable. It is the highest-touch version of coaching _ever_ implemented.
5/ Each customer is paired 1:1 with an elite coach, who:

âś… Designs a new bespoke training plan each week,
âś… Tracks progress via an Apple Watch,
âś… Holds them accountable, and
âś… Is in constant contact via text message. We aren't passively 'available' but proactively involved
6/ Our clients trade 4 text messages with their coach EVERY SINGLE DAY.

The avg person talks to their doctor about their health ~1-3 times per year. They talk to their coach on @futurefitapp 1,500 times per year. We become your go-to partner for all things health.

NPS is 87 đź‘€
7/ It takes an unimaginable effort from Product, Eng, Ops & Coaching to make this scalable & delightful

No tech co wants to get in the mud to run a connected human-to-human service. No fitness co is capable of it

Our team came from Apple, Google Square, Opendoor, the NBA & NCAA
