Cleaning up some #cameratrapping data for a paper & made a new discovery: was always impressed by the Roseate Tern parent at nest C10 for staying put on its egg with a rat creeping around, but I just now noticed another nest predator in this photo! Can you find it?

Yep, it's a crab! Specifically this large land jerk (this is the same nest from a different angle). The parent was great at fighting the crab off but unfortunately the crab eventually won & got the chick
