As *promised, here’s a whistle-stop Shakespeare tour via the medium of a jigsaw.

Let’s start with The Globe and a production of Midsummer Night’s Dream.
There’s Bottom with full donkey head regalia flanked by the king and queen of the fairies Oberon and Titania.
On the roof, there’s Shakespeare with his famous tickling-stick and cheekily positioned behind him is the magnificent Christopher Marlowe taking a beating in a scrap in a back alley.
Some fun 17th century family friendly entertainment with the bear-baiting arena. AND LOOK! Exit pursued by a bear.
Here’s Falstaff - drunk on ale trying to throw a kettle over a roof.
Moving on to the Thames. Here’s Queen Elizabeth recreating the famous Alan Partridge scene
This is Prospero trying to whip up a storm possibly even a Tempest and he’s with his daughter Miranda - looking a bit peeved. The other two are Benedick and Beatrice from Much Ado About Nothing. Not sure why they’re there.
Here’s Caliban - Prospero’s slave. He seems lost. Never been sure whether Caliban is man or monster. Bit like Paul Hollywood.
