We are in uncharted territory, but most museum leaders are using the same old maps that will lead to the same old exclusion and inequity. It's almost as if we are addicted to white supremacy. (I mean that expansively) #imaginenomuseums

If there were ever a time to COMPLETELY change our approach, it's now. Most leaders are not curious. They are demonstrating real time freeze or flight behavior. Resilience & empathy should be centered. We need museums who are interested in serving, sharing & connecting.
