The Christian know the Trinity (Latin: Trinitas, lit. 'triad', from Latin: trinus "threefold") holds that God is one God, but three coeternal consubstantial persons or hypostases—the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit—as "one God in three Divine persons".
The Holy Spiri is the third divine person of the Holy Trinity; each person itself being God.

In the beginning of the book of Genesis, when God said let "US" make... Since it wasn't a singular tense, it's obvious that God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit started creation.
God is one God, but three coeternal consubstantial persons or hypostases—the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit—as "one God in three Divine persons".
Jesus came to redeem humanity and was confined as God in only one body. Therefore, He had limitations.

If He was at Nazareth, He couldn't be at Jerusalem and so forth so He promised to send a Helper, a "Comforter" after He leaves... That was the Holy Spirit

In John 16:7 KJV, Jesus teaching said:
"Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you."

So He needed to go so we all can Have the Holy Spirit in us
Here are some characteristics and fruits of the Holy Spirit that every Christian now carries:

👇
The seven gifts of the Holy Spirit are an enumeration of seven spiritual gifts originating from patristic authors, They are:

Wisdom
Understanding
Counsel
Fortitude
Knowledge
Piety,
and fear of the Lord.

Then we have 👇
We have another teaching that with a listing of 12 fruits:
Charity
Joy
Peace
Patience
Benignity (kindness)
Goodness
Longanimity (forbearance)
Mildness (gentleness)
Faith
Modesty
Continency (self-control), and
Chastity.

But see 👇
The Bible says in Galatians 5:22-23 New International Version (NIV)

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,

23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
These should be evident in the life of any Christian, that's what verse 23 of Ephesians 5 means by outside these characters, you are "lawless"

When Jesus said in John 14:12 that  "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father." (KJV) He meant that He was limited and we, through the Holy Spirit...
... would be able to achieve more because all of us spread across the world can do exactly what Jesus could do at anytime, anywhere.

That's the power to the Holy Spirit living in you.

So how do you know that He lives in you?

Glad you asked 😁

See 👇
A Christian believes in the death, burial and ressurection of Jesus and that BELIEVE (John 3:16) is what automatically introduces the Holy Spirit into your life.

Gradually, you would notice the things you liked to do sinfully, you don't like anymore 😱

Then...
Once you grow in faith, The full manifestation of the Spirit becomes apparent in your actions either as a teacher, pastor, apostle or evangelist (Ephesians 4:11)

Everyone of us on Earth carries a mantle to operate in one of these Offices.

Once you locate yours...
...the full manifestation of the blessings of God over your life become manifest in your life here on Earth.

May the Lord open our eyes to operate fully in the gifts of the Spirit over our lives. Amen 🙏
