Okay, with this new Star Wars shit I'm just going to drop everything and let it out because at this point in my life there is really not reason for me to hold my tongue given things only get worse when I do so yeah, it's another rant but one that is well deserved given-

-the people who will try to deflect and blame audience members for upcoming failures.

Ever since the whole 'we need more diversity' movement began in the United States, that shit has meant nothing, absolutely nothing but getting more rich White women into positions.

And don't act like you guys haven't seen the pattern. Who are the people getting the jobs? Who are the people getting the pitches? Who are the people getting these top tier jobs at a faster rate than a White Castle shooting through your ass?

Well-off White chicks.

Well-off White chicks who ain't got shit to display but how they're going to save everyone with their shitty work and stories.

And as I said earlier, how do they bypass the whole 'this isn't actually diverse' shit? By clinging onto other marginalized groups as a pass.

Now you can't call the bullshit for what it is because they'll say 'Well, I'm not just White! I'm gay!' or 'I'm not just White! I'm gender fluid!' or 'I'm not just White! I'm-!'

Bypassing the people who do identify, I fucking knew this was going to happen considering how-

-people like this were always so ready to make new shit up to make them NOT just White so they could BE diverse in some form of another. And at the end of the day, nothing has gotten 'more diverse'. You see these fucks aren't opening the doors for anyone else. And what little-

-diversity they do let in, we later find out it's from already being 'pals' with these fucks or literally fucking them.

So congratulations America. You have reached your peak diversity goal by kicking out all the problematic White men and replacing them with White women.

How brave. How diverse. How progressive. It's not like I can turn on TV and see shit like this all over the place already but lemme just step aside and let the White Savior Karens take the lead while the rest of us get the scraps. DIVERSITY!

I already went through this shit with the animation industry and we saw this in so many other geek hobbies as well.

Cut the bullshit with the diversity shit and acting like you're helping minority fans or creators. You're not. Because you never wanted to.
