How do you ever come to terms with the fact that your entire life began in error? Forty years of the wrong course, the wrong relationships, the wrong options, the wrong decisions?

Trans people often suggest that you’re still you after transition. That is awful, awful news to me.

“She” will always be forced to be a parent because of decisions “he” made. “Her” vocational options will always be limited by “his” experiences. “She” will have a lot less agency and freedom for the rest of her life because of how “he” lived.
