If working 40 hours a week is what makes sense as a work week(big if), what makes sense for a work week for someone at home right now with small children?

To be clear. Our kids are 14 and 11. It& #39;s a lot... but i& #39;m thinking of people like my cousin whose kids are 1 and 4.
