Phase One- May 4, 2020
Reopening of medical services including:
-dentistry.
-optometry.
-physical therapy.
-opticians.
-podiatry.
-occupational therapy.
-chiropractic treatment.
Note: Providers will be required to take precautionary measures when they cannot physically distance.

Resumption of low-risk outdoor recreational activities, including:

-fishing and boat launches (May 4).
-golf courses (May 15).
-parks and campgrounds (June 1).

Note: the size restrictions of public and private gatherings will remain at a maximum of 10 people.
Phase Two – May 19, 2020
Reopening of retail businesses including:
-clothing stores (cannot try on clothes).
-shoe/jewelry stores.
-sporting goods stores.
-boats/ATV/snowmobile dealers.
-book and toy stores.
-electronic/entertainment stores.
-pawn shops.
-travel agencies.
Phase Two Cont'd...
Reopening of select personal service business including:
-hairdresser/barber.
-registered massage therapist.
-acupuncturist and acupressurist.
Note: gatherings will remain at a maximum of 10 people.
Physical distancing measures will still be in place.
Phase Three – date TBD
Reopen remaining personal service businesses including:
-esthetician.
-tattoo/body piercing artist.
-cosmetologist.
-electrologist.
-manicurist/pedicurist.
Reopening of restaurant-type facilities, gyms and fitness facilities, bars, and childcare facilities.

Capacity limits will remain in some facilities, such as limits to 50 per cent of regular capacity for restaurants.
Ppl must maintain physical distancing practices.
Increase the size of public and private gatherings to 15 people.
Phase Four- date TBD
Reopening of recreation facilities including:
-casinos/bingo halls.
-arenas.
-swimming pools.
-municipal parks and playgrounds.
-galleries/museums.
-theatres.
Reopen all seasonal programming, camps, recreational and athletic activities.

Note: other than in allowable businesses, the size of public and private gatherings will increase to a maximum of 30 people. All businesses and customers will be expected to maintain physical distancing practices.
Phase Five - date TBD
Province says this is the time it would consider “lifting long-term restrictions.”
