When someone has built their entire sense of self ONLY off of the fact that they are what society accepts, they get pissed when ppl who are “unacceptable” value themselves.

You got ALL of your self worth from the fact that you fit society’s standards. That’s it.

Someone who does not fit those standards and is STILL proud of who they are is a reminder that you have built your self esteem upon meaningless, shifting sands. You don’t know who you are.
