Realized it’s very hard to accept when you play a part in causing your own pain.. but I dislike how easy it is to blame others. & I guess I can understand it now. Honestly just need to be gentle with yourself, as long as you are working on being better, don’t beat yourself up when things go wrong, nobody’s perfect.. learn & move forward but most importantly be as gentle with yourself as you would be with others (x 10)
