What are you doing to fight depression?

No matter each person's specific triggers, many of us may experience different levels of depression, especially during this period. Perhaps what helps us dealing with it, may help others as well. (No Meds)

How about a #SqlMentalHealth ?
Thought I contribute one of mine in the comments: Once I spend some time letting the emotion flow naturally, I retake possession of my mind by immersing myself studying a topic of my choice (I enjoy learning, and that usually works)
